A day in the life of a Customer Relationship Specialist
The CRS plays a fundamental and crucial role and is the foundation of CCS’s business strategy, where no two days are the same!
The CRS is responsible for:
- Managing their own portfolio accounts
- Locating and establishing contact with our customers, building rapport ensuring we are compliant with relevant acts and guidelines
- Conducting investigative searches, just like a private investigator!
- Establishing contact with customers, using effective communication strategies
- Strategizing and negotiating positive outcomes for all parties
