What is your role at CCS?
Currently I am a Team Performance Manager but like everyone at CCS I started as a Customer Relationship Specialist.
What did you do before working for CCS?
I worked in the same industry, debt collection but prior to this I worked in sales.
What does a typical day look like for you?
A typical day involves plenty of training, call escalations, positive results and outcomes. We assist multiple customers and work together as a team to achieve results.
What is your favourite part of your role?
What I enjoy the most out of being a Team Performance Manager is seeing staff succeed and the smile on their faces when they get results after implementing constructive feedback.
How do you wind down after work?
On my drive home I listen to smooth FM or Spotify. I indulge in a nice El-Jannah chicken dinner and watch Seinfeld.
Do you have any hobbies?
Yes, I play cricket. I love sports, going to the beach and spending time with my family.
How would your friends describe you?
Fun but goofy, very talkative and always supportive.
